RETURNS
Every step is taken
to ensure safe delivery of your order, however, in the event your order is
damaged when you receive it, Call 505-287-2371 or
E-Mail
us for return authorization
information with-in 24 hours after you have received the merchandise
excluding Saturday, Sundays and US holidays. For any and all returns we
must be notified first.
- DAMAGE GOODS Will be replaced or
customer will receive credit after it has been confirmed by USPS there
was damage to the shipping box. We must place a claim with so please
keep the original box as it was when you received it so it can be
inspected by the Postal Service.
- LOST OR STOLEN:
We are not responsible for lost
or stolen packages. Customers who have their orders shipped via USPS are
sent with a delivery confirmation only unless insured. We can not refund
or replace orders on lost or stolen packages.
- What we can
do: Track
you order with UPS or USPS and see where the delay might be. Customers
who receive the tracking number can do this as well by visiting the UPS
web-site. Postal customers: we can put a tracer on the package. If
package is insured you will receive refund on the merchandise once USPS
has given us refund.
Check
Returns:
Automatic $25.00 plus the worth of the order. Customer has 5 business
days to contact us to make payment by credit card only. If payment has not
been received future orders will not be processed until payment has been
made.
