All Orders
must be paid in US currency only! We accept     Visa and MasterCard, E-Check and Money
Orders. Checks are no longer accepted. Payments are
processed through Paypal.
You do not have to have an account with
paypal to complete your on-line order. E-Checks: We do accept
e-checks, however they take 4 business days clear. Your order
will be shipped as soon as we recieve notification your e-check has
cleared. All orders are subject to
availability. We do not ship on
Saturdays.
1. Processing:
On supply orders allow up to 3 business to process.
Chocolates are made fresh. We do not stock pile. Please allow up to
14 days for delivery.
2. Summer
Shipping: Chocolate is shipped in warmer months. We use
frozen water bottles. We've found they stay colder longer than
standard ice packs.
3. E-Books: Please allow up to 48 for
delivery on e-books.
4. Ordering: We do
not accept personal checks. We do however accept e-checks and Money
Orders on top of all credit cards. You can order by mail by click on

5. Back Orders
and Returns: If an item is out of stock you will be
e-mailed. You will have the option to leave as back order or cancel
that part of your order. A refund will be credited right away if you
choose not to back order. Returns: If a package is
received damaged please let us know right away. DO NOT throw away
the box. You will need this to show the postal service. The damaged
item must be returned in order to credit refund. If the Item is not
quite what you ordered we can exchange, however, you are responsible
for shipping charges, both sending it back and sending you what you
do want.
TCBsupply.com is not responsible for lost or stolen
items once your order has been shipped. USPS Customers the Post
Office does not provide tracking services other than Delivery
Confirmation. If you live in an apartment complex please remember to
check with a neighbor or your managers office if your package has
not been received with in 14 days after you placed it before
contacting us to conduct a
