Recipe

1 Cup finely chopped walnuts or
pecans
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup chocolate coating or
real chocolate Finely chopped or shredded.
Lightly butter a 9" x 9" x 2"
square pan. In saucepan heat sugar and margarine to boiling
stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat, stirring
constantly, for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately
pour into square pan. Spread chocolate then nuts over the top.
Cut into 1-1/2" squares while hot. Refrigerate until
firm. | |
