| Step 1:
Place
mold side by side. Use small amounts of color chocolate to
decorate first if desired. | |

2: Prop molds on the rim of a plate before pouring
chocolate inside both
sides. | |

3: After cavities are filled squeeze a bead of
chocolate around the rim of the
cavity. | |

4: TAP each side to release air bubbles. Hold each
side, side by side. | |

Step 5: Quickly place one side of the mold on top
of the other and snap
closed. | |

6: Press around entire cavity to make sure there is
a good seal. Allow to set in Freezer for up to 40 minutes
before removing from
mold. | |
