RETURNS

Every step is taken to ensure safe delivery of your order, however, in the event your order is damaged when you receive it, Call 505-287-2371 or E-Mail us  for return authorization information with-in 24 hours after you have received the merchandise excluding Saturday, Sundays and US holidays. For any and all returns we must be notified first.

  • DAMAGE GOODS Will be replaced or customer will receive credit after it has been confirmed by USPS there was damage to the shipping box. We must place a claim with so please keep the original box as it was when you received it so it can be inspected by the Postal Service.
  • NOT YOU REALLY WANT,  Customers who decide they don’t  want a particular item after they have received their order must contact us within 3 Business days. Customer is responsible for returning the Item to The Chocolate Box. Customer must make sure item is packed properly so no damage occurs. Customer will be refunded the amount of item "minus" 10% restocking fee. Customer is not refunded for shipping
  • EXCHANGES: Customer resumes all responsibility for shipping charges. Customers must contact The Chocolate Box prior to sending the items they would like to exchange. Exchanges MUST BE EQUAL in value. No refunds or credits are applied. Customers are charged for the reshipment of the exchanged items. We Can Not except any exchanges if a time period of 15 days has elapsed from the time customer receives their first order.
  • LOST OR STOLEN:  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers who have their orders shipped via USPS are sent with a delivery confirmation only unless insured. We can not refund or replace orders on lost or stolen packages.
  • What we can do: Track you order with UPS and see where the delay might be. Customers who receive the tracking number can do this as well by visiting the UPS web-site. Postal customers: we can put a tracer on the package.

Check Returns: Automatic $25.00 plus the worth of the order. Customer has 5 business days to contact us to make payment by credit card only. If payment has not been received future orders will not be processed until payment has been made.
