Agreement Contract

TCBsupply.com has full ownership all products sold. TCBsupply.com will dropship all orders placed either by web-site, fax or phone. TCBsupply.com will apply customers logo and business name to all products that have a label including the shipping label. Distributor pays flat rate of $9.50 is charged per purchase to cover labeling, packing materials and shipping costs. "Shipping costs may be more than the flat rate for bulk orders or high volume specialty chocolates" customer agrees to be charged any additional charges for shipping. Membership Fees are due once a year from the date of the first purchase. Distributor agrees to pay this fee on their sign up anniversary from. Distributor agrees to try and maintain an order volume of at least $100.00 per month not counting shipping costs or membership fees. TCBsupply.com will waive this order volume for the first 3 months until Distrubutor has become established. If more time is needed case will be reviewed for an extention. Distributor has the right to pick and choose what products or merchandise to sell on their web-site. Distributor agrees they are responsiable for business licenses for their state and county and Distrubutor is responsiable for all taxes state and local for their state and county. Distributor is responsiable in contacting daily business with their customers and are not to give out TCBsupply.com company name or address.
